On behalf of the Connecticut General Assembly, the Connecticut Host Committee and The Council of State Governments’ Eastern Regional Conference, please join us at CSG/ERC’s 57th Annual Meeting & Regional Policy Forum, August 13-16, 2017 in Uncasville, Connecticut.

A new Administration and Congress has created the potential for significant changes in many areas ranging from health care and tax reform, to trade policy and infrastructure spending with significant implications for states in the eastern region of CSG.   Against this political backdrop, the theme of this year’s ERC 2017 Annual Meeting is “States of Change.”  CSG/ERC will once again tackle the emerging issues members are facing in the regions’ capitols and will bring state officials together with national experts and representatives from the private sector to discuss how to navigate in this changing policy environment.

Registration is now open! Please click HERE to go to the Register Now! tab of the 2017 ERC Annual Meeting website to learn how to register.

CSG/ERC’s Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of state officials in the Eastern United States and Eastern Canada.  Annual Meeting attendees can connect with their peers, listen to national policy experts and address national and regional policy issues in a non-partisan atmosphere.  Attendees can participate in the Annual Meeting’s plenary and concurrent seminars, policy committee meetings and interactive professional development training.

Families are also welcome.  There are two days of programs for the guests and children of delegates to the conference.  Registration will open in February 2017 and links to registration will be posted on this page.  Look for the registration announcement on email.

Connecticut is a state with a rich historic and cultural heritage and great natural beauty.  As members of the Connecticut Host Committee, we look forward to welcoming you to Connecticut this summer!
